the National Standards Commission Notice No. 28 of 2012, the newly revised national standard GB
19258-2012 "UV germicidal lamp" was released on November 5, 2012, implementation date:
2013 -09-01, whenthe GB 19258-2012 replaced GB 19258-2003.
